This tutorial covers the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just prior to Thotar gives you a taming Rod for your Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar provides you with a number of 3 taming rods, every one is different and makes it possible for you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

When you have done the taming Portion of The search chain, you must head to Orgrimmar taming rod surf crawler and speak to Ormak Grimshot from the Valley of Honor to be able to unlock your companion pet managing abilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.
